Participation guide
Welcome to the Quantis community. This guide explains where we talk, how to ask a good question and how to report a problem. The rules are in the code of conduct.
What the community is for
- Questions about Quantis and its tools.
- Reporting bugs or a rate that looks wrong.
- Sharing ideas for Quantis.
- News about Quantis from our team.
It is not a place to trade currency, ask for financial advice or promote other services.
Where we talk
- Telegram: t.me/quantisvzla, the official group.
- Instagram: @quantisvzla, for news and comments.
- Email: support@vzla.io for help with your account or the app; community@vzla.io for the community.
Asking a good question
- Say which Quantis you use: the Android app or the web app, and the app version.
- Say what you tried and what happened.
- Add a screenshot if it helps. Cover any personal data first.
- Check whether someone already asked.
Reporting a bug or a rate that looks wrong
- Say which rate, its source and the time you saw it.
- Say what you expected and what you got.
- You can also report from the app, in Help and Support.
Rates come from public sources and are informational. Quantis does not set them.
Sharing an idea
Describe the problem it solves for you, not only the feature. We read every idea; we can’t promise to build each one.
Etiquette
- One topic per message.
- Use the group’s language: Spanish first; English is welcome.
- No private messages to members without their permission.
Moderation
Moderators keep the group on topic and apply the code of conduct. Follow their indications in the group.
Reporting conduct
Report a problem to a moderator or write to community@vzla.io.
