Website privacy policy

This policy applies to the Quantis website, quantis.vzla.io (the “site”). The Quantis app and web app are covered by the app privacy policy; the Quantis API and Quantis Center by the API privacy policy. We apply the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to every visitor.

The site has no accounts, no forms and no advertising. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Controller

Vzlaio digital LLC (“Vzla.io”) is the controller. Legal entity, address and contact details are published in the imprint. Privacy contact: privacy@vzla.io.

Data we process

  • Server logs of each request: IP address, time, page, referrer and browser (user agent).
  • Usage statistics, only if you accept analytics in the cookie settings: page views, referring sites, device category and country, measured with Umami, which we host ourselves. Umami sets no cookies and does not identify you or follow you across sites.
  • Error reports: when a page fails, the error, the page address, your browser and operating system and your IP address are sent to Sentry so we can fix it. Session recording is off.
  • Messages you send us by email, and the address you send them from.

We store your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask again.

  • Operating and securing the site, keeping server logs and fixing errors: our legitimate interest in a secure, working site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Usage statistics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.
  • Answering your messages: steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Keeping or disclosing data when the law requires it (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Recipients

Data is disclosed to processors acting on our instructions under data-processing agreements: hosting, error monitoring (Sentry) and email. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.

International transfers

Data is processed in the United States and in other countries where our processors operate. Transfers from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom are based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another transfer mechanism recognised under the GDPR.

Retention

  • Server logs and error reports: kept while the service runs, erased on request.
  • Usage statistics: kept in aggregate, not linked to you.
  • Messages: as long as needed to answer and keep a record of the conversation.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent (Art. 7 and 15–21 GDPR). To exercise your rights, contact privacy@vzla.io. We respond within one month. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

The site links to Google Play, Telegram, Instagram, the API documentation and Quantis Center. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 16.
