Community privacy policy
This policy applies to the Quantis community: the Telegram group t.me/quantisvzla, the Instagram account @quantisvzla and emails to community@vzla.io. We apply the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to all members.
Controller
Vzlaio digital LLC (“Vzla.io”) is the controller for the data we handle as community moderators. Telegram and Instagram (Meta) are independent controllers for the data on their platforms, under their own privacy policies. Legal entity and address: imprint.
Data we process
- What the platform shows us: your username, display name, profile picture and the messages, comments and reactions you post.
- Moderation records: warnings, mutes or removals, and the reason.
- Reports and emails you send us, and the address you send them from.
- Ideas and bug reports you share, which we may copy into our own tools to work on them.
We do not ask for your payment details, cédula or phone number in the community. Please don’t post them.
Purposes and legal bases
- Running and moderating the community and answering you: our legitimate interest in a useful, safe community (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Using ideas and bug reports to improve Quantis: our legitimate interest in improving the product (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Keeping or disclosing data when the law requires it (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Recipients
Your posts are visible to other members or the public, according to each platform’s settings. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Telegram, Meta and our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Transfers from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom are based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another mechanism recognised under the GDPR.
Retention
- Messages stay on the platform until you or a moderator delete them.
- Moderation records, reports, emails and the ideas and bug reports we copy: kept while the community runs, erased on request.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can delete your own messages on the platform. For anything we hold, contact privacy@vzla.io. We respond within one month. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
Children
The community is not directed at children under 16.
