Community terms and conditions

These terms govern your participation in the Quantis community: the Telegram group t.me/quantisvzla and the Instagram account @quantisvzla, run by Vzlaio digital LLC (“Vzla.io”, “we”).

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By joining or posting, you accept these terms, the code of conduct and the participation guide. You must be at least 16 years old. If you do not agree, do not take part.

2. Platform rules

Telegram and Instagram are run by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to you. We do not control those platforms.

3. Your conduct

You are responsible for what you post. You agree to follow the code of conduct and not to post scams, offers to trade currency, other people’s personal data, or anything unlawful.

4. No advice, no trades

Messages in the community, including ours, are not financial advice. Vzla.io does not buy, sell or exchange currency, and never asks for money or bank details in the community. Any deal between members is their own responsibility.

5. Ideas and feedback

When you share an idea or feedback, you allow us to use it to improve Quantis, without payment or obligation to you. We are not required to build it or to credit you.

6. Public posts

The group and the account are visible to other members or the public. Do not post anything you want to keep private.

7. Moderation

We may remove posts, and warn, mute or remove members, to apply these terms and the code of conduct. We may close or change the community channels at any time.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The community is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for what members post or for losses from relying on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes are published on this page with a new date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protection of the law of your country of residence.
