Code of conduct

Updated October 27, 2026

The Quantis community is the official Telegram group t.me/quantisvzla and the Quantis Instagram account @quantisvzla, run by Vzla.io. It is where people ask about Quantis, report problems and share ideas. This code applies to everyone who takes part, including our team.

Our commitment

Everyone is welcome, whatever their background, opinions or experience with apps. We keep the community useful, respectful and free of harassment.

Expected conduct

  • Be respectful, even when you disagree.
  • Stay on topic: Quantis, its tools, rates by source and everyday money questions.
  • Help others when you can, and say when you’re not sure.
  • Respect people’s privacy.

Not allowed

  • Insults, harassment, threats or discrimination of any kind.
  • Scams, phishing links, fake offers or impersonating our team.
  • Selling, buying or offering to exchange currency, or asking others for money.
  • Spam, advertising or repeated off-topic posts.
  • Sharing other people’s personal data, such as payment details, cédula numbers or phone numbers.
  • Political commentary or attacks on people or institutions.
  • Content that is illegal, violent or sexual.

Our team will never

  • Ask you for your password, sign-in codes or bank details.
  • Write to you privately first to offer a rate, a trade or a payment.

If someone does, they are not us. Report them.

Scope

This code applies in the Telegram group, in comments and messages on our Instagram account, and in private messages between members when they relate to the community.

Moderation

Moderators may remove messages and warn, mute or remove members who break this code. Serious cases, such as scams or threats, lead to immediate removal. Moderators decide case by case, in proportion to what happened.

Reporting

Report a problem to a moderator in the group or write to community@vzla.io. Tell us what happened, where and when, with a screenshot if you have one. We handle reports discreetly.

Changes

We may update this code. Changes are published on this page with a new date.
